The CFR's primary task is to support and initiate research; but it is also tasked with promoting retail interests in respect of training issues. This means - among other things - that the CFR act as a point of contact between representatives of the industry and the School of Business, Economics and Law on issues relating to vocational training, guest lectures and series of seminars, for instance. The CFR also aims to support the development of training initiatives suited to retail requirements and needs and communicate essay suggestions and contacts with industry to students.
